Dues have to go up when you have less sisters! You have less sisters because no one wants to join and those that do don’t stay > 1 year- they drop. Because you focus on appearances and frat socials and you don’t focus on sisterhood. That’s why the rest of the world ranks based on what houses pnms want to join because those are the strongest chapters with longevity. You can’t blame high dues for drops because it is all the drops that cause you to have to increase your dues. SMH. Prioritize what’s important and it will fall into place.

There are plenty of chapters that have great recruitment, amazing retention and also great social relations.

Do whatever you want with your ranks. Multiple lists are here to stay. Your rank will always be a zeta rank.

Pref doesn’t make you a better chapter because the top 5 most prefed houses this recruitment and had the least amount of drops from pnms two of them were mid tier and not upper mid. So just stopppp. Pref doesn’t show who is the most desired bc in fact ADPI TriDelt & Theta were the most preferred and theta isn’t near top. It’s about who the individual pnm likes the most and thinks they’ll get back.

pnms don’t rank based on greek rank rankings. just bc this site is your world and you’re on it 24/7 forcing ranks doest mean it’s like that for everyone. greek rank ranking mean nothing if not accurate. there is NO TOP that would put KD over ZTA. not since 2022 lol

If greek rank rankings were based on who pnms pick then the ranks would be awful. There are girls who’ll pick Axid over TriDelt. Or ChiO over KD. Depending on where they fit, have friends or want friends. So stop it loser. ZTA is great.

There’s no concrete proof on who chose what from PNMs but what panhellenic will tell you was that the majority of pnms and the highest prefed houses were ADPi & Theta. So if u wanna go by that Axid goes down babe
