ΤΚΕ & ΔΣΦ are essentially the same house. TKE has a nice hot tub, blow up movie sized TV screen and dye table. ΔΣΦ has a huge DJ stand, amazing lights and ginormous speakers.
ΦΓΔ & ΠΚΦ are essentially the same house.

you’ve never been to phi delt you only get fiji and pikapp so how would y know? lol. they have a FULL basketball court, hot tub, movie room, like girl….

theta even if u hypothetically self rank ur house to be top just like u did to be upper mid for years, tridelt is going to take over ur spot. my friends are in and their new house will be nice. everyone knows adpi has the best on the row. urs looks like it shouldve been theta chis. but i get it that’s all u guys have left. but just be thankful to be top 3. u don’t needto force #1.
