Why is Theta the top true mid?

Going unpaired as a Sorority is awful. Means you weren’t the first pick of not a single one of our fraternities. That doesn’t represent the leader of the tier. The first ranked of the tier typically is the best of the tier.
KD & Sigma Chi are the best of top tier. Best events, popularity, houses, reputation, relations.
TriDelt & Phi Delt are the best of upper mid. Best events, popularity, houses, reputation, relations.
DSig & Chi O should be the best of true mid. Chi O is not as popular as Theta but clearly they may not be as popular as we thought if no one chose them.
Involvement has fallen off, relations have fallen off. They chased upper & top frats but that’s no who desired them. TKE, DSig, FIJI & SAE desired them but they strained those relations.

doubt they’d ever have an aephi social again. they’ve always had pi phi but it is impressive that they at least agreed to it. they wouldn’t even go to theta’s and theta paid lol

theta used to be miles above aephi. they look pretty much the same but now aephi has upper relation (may not happen again but still) and actually paired and are actually desired by frats.
Chi O > AEPhi > Theta.

if relations counted more true mid frats would go
dsig > sae > tke > fiji
theta is not popular if no frat would chose them. being unpaired as a guy is not that bad bc the sorority chose someone else over u, doesn’t mean u suck just means the other was better but not being chosen by anyone isn’t a “popular” chapter.
even aephi was chosen over theta and they r lol

i honestly think they should be below aephi. chi o was one of the few sororities to support du and they refused to do a social w them. they also refused to do one with theta and literally less than 5 guys signed up. but they had one w aephi after comp wins and guys actually went.

if they pair this year they could possibly go back up. i think TKE will run for them but im not sure , that’s just the prediction. they’ve already gone for chi o and aephi so they have no other choice.

Aephi is barely true mid why would you rank them above Theta? They had a DU social but it was for the comp win.
Theta is better looking than Chio and much better looking than Aephi.

but u don’t keep chapters up for what they “can do” or what they are “predicted to do” you keep them where they actually are in the moment and if they make those improvements they go up.

house doesn’t count, you don’t get higher in the ranks for having a better looking house, u just have to have a house. popularity should be the same considering they didn’t even get a pair. the frats clearly don’t desire them.

aephi has an upper mid relation. an upper mid relation that would not mix with chi o or theta. but chi o is more established.
