CURRENT IRL FRAT & SRAT RANKS WITH EXPLANATION

Let’s face it, ranks IRL are much different than they are here. Moderator won’t like this post bc this site means the world to him but I hope he can ignore this post and let us have this fun convo.
TOP TIER
1. KD - Absolutely killing it. KDSD is smashing as always. Involvement is much better than previously. Event prob will be organized as it always is.
2. ZETA - Absolutely killing it. Involvement is amazing and much better, spring PC is great and socials are great.
3. ADPI - Absolutely killing it. Cheers is hard to participate in for chapters bc of the date but still a great event. Majority frats do it. Event was organized. Has great socials.
Upper Mid:
4. TRI DELT - Involvement is not great but not terrible, can be better. Has had the most socials of any sorority so popularity is great.
5. AXID - Involvement is STELLAR. There is not an event they’ve missed. They’ve gained many relations such as DU & Theta Chi so popularity is improving. Spring pc was hot.
6. PiPhi - Involvement is good. Have had great socials.
True Mid:
7. Theta - Involvement is good. Have had many socials.
8. AEPhi - Involvement is good. Have had good socials.
Lower Mid:
9. Chi O - Involvement is good. Have not had good socials. Had careless scandal.
10. Kappa - Involvement is good. Have not had good socials.
Bottom:
11. DZ
12. GPhi

I agree that Pi Phi has been falling and not working on their reputation. And Axid is def rising. To me the two look very similar but pi phi is still more popular and has slightly better reputations I can see maybe in a year or two axid passing pi phi

What’s the problem with ADPi’s CFC date? Frats all participate so why not all the sororities?
Ranks are about looks, popularity, socials, diversity, leadership, involvement, etc
Chi O > AEPhi
AEPhi have been true mid for 5 min. Their looks are improving and have the same socials as Chi O besides DU. Keep improving pcs, leadership and diversity. Chi O needs more socials but they are doing well, not falling.
PiPhi > Axid
Axid are definitely upper now but have work to do with pcs, popularity and leadership. Piphi gets top pairs for hoco and is super popular. Piphi needs to fix their rep but why you tryna make look like they are falling?

not sure if this was a joke but just in case…pi phi is hot asf axid is miles behind tridelt and piphi in every way. aephi if you keep up the tier climbing you will end up like theta and moved back down. you are way behind theta and chio just be grateful you are true mid

Everyone has an opinion on KD and ZTA. KD will probably stay on top because of their popularity, diversity and they are known to be more classy. I don’t think they care bc they are all undeniably top.
