Update mid/lower mid ranks

I feel like mid/ low mid and even some upper mid need updated rankings

Our upper mids are all doing very well. What changes are needed?

Mids are mids for a reason.

Lower mids are for sure there for a reason.

Ranks = looks, relations, diversity, leadership, involvement, reputation and more
