UCF Fraternity Tiers/Ranking Explanations 2024

Top Tier:
(ΣΧ, ΘX, ΑΤΩ)
These top frats are the most popular, respected & successful frats with the most attractive guys. Girls love them, they have top/upper mid sorority relations. They are extremely competitive. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. They all have great houses. Close brotherhood for the most part for these fraternities.

Upper Mid Tier:
(ΦΔΘ, ΖΒΤ, ΔΥ, ΚΣ)
The upper mids are popular, successful and highly competitive. They are attractive, top/upper mid sororities like to have socials with these frats. They have great houses and fun parties but some don’t have the best reps. They party and have fun events. All have a great brotherhoods for the most part.

True Mid Tier:
(ΔΣΦ, TKE, ΦΓΔ, ΣΑΕ)
These solid mid frats are fairly popular on campus, majority are attractive and most girls like them. They have upper/upper mid sorority relations The nice guys with great reputations. They have nice houses and fun parties. These guys are super involved, very competitive and have great socials. Brotherhood is a priority to these fraternities.

Lower Mid Tier:
(ΠΚΦ)
PiKapp are nice guys with good reputations. They have some attractive guys and are getting more popular. They are also competitive and very involved. Their house is nice, they party and have fun events. They have socials with mostly lower mid sororities. Brotherhood is strong for this fraternity.

Bottom Tier:
(ΒΘΠ, ΔΤΔ-Rechartering Fall ‘24)
Beta is a newly rechartered frat. They are friendly and have some attractive guys. They are getting involved and are making lower mid/bottom sorority relations. They have no fraternity house. More info to come in the future.
