Why has tri delt been move to lower mid tier

Not in tri delt but since I’ve been at ucf (pc20) - tri delt was looked at as like top tier and now the rankings have them lower middle - just curious on why
Never been in but their house looks hugeee

kd has nothing to do with ddd’s bump down. ddd had a ton of drops and graduations and their new pcs are super average. they got messy as socials and even got suspended for underage drinking. there was a dui arrest too. kd has no part in our rankings. this was decided on gr for weeks by all srats and frats. their frat relations are down and kd can’t be blamed for any of that.

ADPi has much prettier girls and they have amazing frat relations. Why are you saying KD fixed the ranks? I have seen many posts about TriDelts less than stellar pledge classes. One chapter isn’t able to move a chapter down. TriDelt is not impressive anymore. That’s like blaming KD for PiPhi and Theta’s ranking. The simple fact is that ADPi rose up.

in reality a house can only do so much. take theta for example, beautiful house, but still mid. ddd just can’t recruit girls like they used to get and it’s ok, it happens.

They have dropped in the rankings because ADPi and PiPhi have put their Greekrank squad on notice and they cannot stay off this website saying Tridelt is midtier. Nothing on here matters anyway. The truth comes out at recruitment and with houses going back to regular face to face rush this year we'll see how it all plays out.

agreed that we’ll see during recruitment. there has been overwhelming criticism over tri delta’s looks and relations. no chapter can change that on greekrank.
