aepi guys are cute and have a nice house and fun parties. i don’t think their bottom tier anymore. their like mid tier….? anyone agrree ?

Lots of clubs and geeds have parties. ZTA got in trouble his letting them participate in a registered event because they are disaffiliated. We have a ton of frats with cute guys and great houses.
