Almost all of the top girls are beautiful, they do not recruit average looking girls.
The mid chapters have a lot of beautiful girls, but they are open to all styles, shapes, sizes, because sisterhood doesn’t need a “look.”

The top chapters have been on campus since the 1970’s. So in essence they are top due to tenure. Find your tribe. These labels are superficial and don’t matter but the friendships you make do matter. Just have fun and find a sorority that makes you feel good about yourself and that you relate to.

Tier Considerations:
campus relevance, strong membership, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.
(Not gpa or athletics, we’re social/philanthropic organizations, not academic or sports teams

by: Bottom tier
Bottom tier girls are sometimes more awkward and less confident/attractive girls (definitely not all, just more than mids have). A big difference is that our bottom tier chapters both don’t have houses.

There are beautiful, average & not so attractive girls in every chapter. Some chapters have more of each than others. This is just the way it is, the top tiers have more attractive girls.

Attitude, $, looks, but lots of mids look just like the girls in the top chapters. Top tier chapters are more competitive and exclusive. Mid chapters are more inclusive and recruit for values and personality.
