ADPI recruitment

Soooo why is ADPI able to recruit for rush? I thought they were on suspension and to my knowledge they weren’t allowed to? Idk help ig

No one knows how they haven’t been kicked off campus. I just hope they’re transparent with their pnms and those girls know they might be joining a chapter that might not exist in a few years

Any org can get kicked off campus. Also, even if they "own" their house, UCF owns the land. Most orgs get shut down by their own National headquarters. When behavior gets too risky and out of control, the risk of lawsuits out weighs the benefit of having the chapter exist.It is a risk management issue.
