Honest answer is, they have gotten so much better since they got the house. Everyone has a rough patch during transition but facts are they have good socials, formals and date functions. Nothing bad to say, but nothing amazing either. They are the definition of a mid-tier frat- good, involved guys see a lot of them around campus. Very casual.
