Coming from a 'top-tier' sorority, I have meet so many sweet beautiful thetas this year. There PC 14 seems very involve and always have a smile on their face. I pref at theta and sometimes I wonder. For girls that are going to rush next year don't always go for the letters or tier. I would of been just as happy or happier in top middle tier with theta.
