We don't know. It depends if any houses don't make quota or just decide they want to add more members.
Once rush is over, contact Panhellenic and give them your name and tell them you're interested in COB (Continuous open bidding) and they will give your name and contact info to any houses who are participating in COB/Spring rush. And then those houses will contact you if they are interested. Sometimes houses do COB in the fall, sometimes they will wait till the spring to add more members.

The answer to OP's question is still the same. Some houses will be doing COB and some won't. The best thing to do is to contact Panhellenic after recruitment is over like the first reply said.

It has nothing to do with making quota or just deciding to add more members (ha! that's funny). It has to do with being at total. If a sorority is under 220 members (current total) they can do COB to get to total.
