what makes a good pnm?

What do you look for when choosing a PNM? Just curious! Thanks.

No one can tell you what goes on during membership selection.

Just be yourself.

However, the bare minimum for what the majority of houses look for is well dressed, well spoken, decent gpa and a friendly/sociable personality. Everything else is private.

It's what #1 said, along with being someone who represents the house well. Don't have to be a superstar but we do want girls that we are proud to be known as a member of our house.

As for the rest, it's really a personality match. You can't manufacture that - you either do or don't fit which is why it's do important to be yourself.
