SOOOOOO True. It's a very big drop between the Top 3 houses and the others. Even bigger between upper middle and lower like sk, especially theta who is actually even with adpi.

They are though lots or pnms have been finding these two houses as a better fit and passing up on the others. Accept it they are in top five and their PCs have been just as good as the other 3 lol.

LOL...NO school has FIVE "top houses" not even the ones with the biggest greek communities and Arizona is not even close to being one of those schools, like Alabama etc. A lot of pnms rush and a lot drop out of their new houses here. Kappa and DG are not even close to Pi Phi APhi GPhi. DG never will be. Trolls from those two houses are everywhere obviously.

Um.. the student body is mostly geeds at literally almost every school. That's what makes Greek life special. We aren't the majority. Do you go to SMU or something? What a random school to mention. If you like it so much there, transfer.

I would love to hear who you think is worse than tri delt. They have no involvement, never make quota, their members put no effort into their appearances, and they have a very low house gpa.

Tri delt has some amazing girls with a stronger sisterhood than most of the "top" houses. Also their fall 16 PC had some really hot girls yall just choose to ignore them because you stereotype tri delt too much

How could you possibly know that they have a stronger sisterhood that the top houses? That's so bogus. You sound ridiculous.
The truth is, even if tri delt did get "some hot girls", then so what? They always end up with a few hotties in their pc. That doesn't mean they're not dead last in the rankings.
They have the lowest return rates during rush. They are the smallest sorority on campus, and constantly struggle to recruit enough girls, and they have a bad overall gpa.
Like, even putting looks aside, they are still the weakest sorority. How can you not consider them the bottom house when they have the least amount of girls?

kappa has always been an upper middle house they dont get the top girls or enough of them that pi phi gphi aphi attract. dg had one good pc the rest of them are very average not cute

Speaking as a person in a "top house" there are actual rankings released each year that determine "top houses" based on the retention rate throughout recruitment. These are actual statistics and not people's opinions. By those rankings last year the top recruiting houses were alpha phi, dg, and kappa. You cannot argue those rankings, they are based solely on real numbers.

You keep saying that we can look it up.. How is it easy? Where are these statistics? Point us in the right direction so we can see for ourselves. Googling retention rates for arizona sororities turned up nothing.

To be quite honest, a lot of girls dropped alpha phi because they realized it wasn't what they thought and can't even feel comfortable being themselves in their own house. Girls can't even go to meals because they don't feel welcome. I'm sorry but I happen to agree too with those comments

Retention rates are bogus. It could mean that some girls know they are going to get dropped by a top house so they drop them to keep their options open. As far as a mid level house like Kappa, some PNMs who aren't 'top tier material', know they won't get a bid from Pi Phi or GPhi, as top houses so they go with one that will guarantee them a bid like kkg.
