ok to just show up rush week?

Didn’t go to many parties or meet many that many guys in frats this quarter. Is it still cool for me to just show up during rush week or would it be a waste of everyone’s time? Any frats I should avoid/pursue in my situation?

Yes! It's absolutely fine and encouraged at most houses. Some upper level houses may not encourage rush week rushing, but for-sure DChi, SigNu, Lambda, Fiji
