Because Evanston lies on sandy soil, most houses in the Greek community are moving downwards at a steady pace. There are likely some exceptions though. Since SAE and Fiji’s houses are empty this year and there is less weight on the underlying soil, it’s possible they are rising out of the soil, or at least sinking at a slower rate than full houses like SNu and Pike.
