SigEp Beta DeltaSig all have policies for limiting or outright eliminating alcohol in house. SigEp also has no pledgeship. They're a lot less fun than most other fraternities but have really good formals and non frat sanctioned off campus activities.

They're literally the easiest frat to get into, show up to enough rush events and they'll bid you, you're initiated almost immediately. Guys target sigep for an easy way to get into a top 10 frat.
