Sig Chi doesnt deserve to be in tier 3. This year they bided a bunch of randoms

I went to a sig chi rush event and the rest of the signees were glue eaters, I quickly signed my beta card afterwards

Overall this list is pretty accurate except for the sig chi and beta part. Sig chi doesn't deserve to be on the list due to the downturn of them within IFC. Beta also needs to be tier 6 along with theta chi and replace them with DU
