Consensus is SAE is not and has not been top 3 for a good while. 4th at best. Delt coming up and ZBT an excellent house as well.

Thanks for leaving Phi Psi off this list! Sure, they may be the 3rd largest fraternity on campus, have one of the nicest houses, have several Silver Spurs, and won a lot of head to head rush battles against the fraternities on your list but they’re not relevant.
