Is there any update from the police or the DA? Not really trying to listen to hearsay from people that know someone that’s spoken to someone involved. Honestly I hope everything that happens not true, it’s horrible situation no matter what the outcome is and hope justice gets served at the end of the day.

Also until a verdict is read or a guilty plea is made we should really stop the speculation, it doesn’t help anyone and if the police are still collecting statements it can hurt the case.

Well comments I see getting deleted are the ones saying the guy passed the lie detector test and that the girls were still going to Rho events.....

Polygraph tests are only accurate 87% of the time and also there are ways you can trick the test too... I believe the girls, also why hasn’t the other one taken a test then? What would the 2 girls gain from lying about this? You need to just stop, Rho has been problematic for ages. A bunch of classless, UT wannabes!

Just because YOU believe the girls (that continue to party with Rho at their house) does not make it true. And we do have a system of justice that does not include mob think or the court of social media. If you want the other boy to take a polygraph then you should be perfectly fine with the girls taking one as well? 87% is a passing grade at most schools, let's see how the girls do.

87% is high enough that it seems pretty logical that he at least doesn’t think he did it..... sounds like everyone was so messed up that anything could have happened and no one might remember clearly....
