big 12 transfer sophomore rush advice

Hi y’all I’m transferring from another big 12 school next fall. I’m heavily considering rushing. I attended a prestigious private school back home & know a couple girls in the “top sororities” I’m not heavily set on one the only thing that concerns me is rushing as a sophomore. Are houses judgmental about it? Will I be an auto drop bc of it? Any advice for rushing as a sophomore?
