Yes, provided you rank both houses on your card. Ranking only one does not guarantee you will get the bid.

100% for sure if you put both houses on your card. Also if you only have one house at pref and attend and put that house on your card, you are getting that bid.

Quota is determined by how many girls remain going into pref so yes. If they keep you to pref that means they consider you a fit and on their bid list.
