Phi Psi dues are around 7k a year. Most other top mid tiers are around that range (6k-6.5k). Their house is insane but their pledgeship is a joke. I think their spring class had like a 2 week pledge process. That being said, I have a lot of friends in it. They are cool guys and mix with most sororities.

I gotta say I don’t think most frats are jealous of them, only bcuz most of the kids rushing around, or rushing uppermid/top frats, aren’t even considering phi psi, so there would be no reason to make posts like these lol. The rushees know it themselves, give them some credit haha. No respectable UT fraternity is worried about phi psi stealing their rushees

Reality for the biased. Fiji, ZBT and Sig Ep are tops and choose who they want SAE is gone and half ACC losers. Sig Chi, Delt and wasted Kappa Sig are next. Phi Psi, Pike, KA all steal a few from the tops. Dues are all similar except Fiji when all in. Phi Psi is on the rise no doubt and 1-2 yrs out from Top 6. Rest is BS.

That's ridiculous and you know it. Lots of negative superlatives on here about Phi Psi that are way over the top. Probably from the bad actors Phi Psi rooted out last fall, hopefully not from other Greeks. Phi Psi is doing well, but there's plenty of room for several good frats at Texas without the negativity. Go through rush and visit the fraternities you're invited to, judge for yourself, and choose from the bids the one you like most. Be positive about your choice and don't badmouth the others. You'll have a great time in a fraternity at UT, Phi Psi or otherwise.
