ksig vs ka
by: PNMI'm rushing next year and I would like to know the differences between these two frats, what are each of their reputations? How do their houses and events compare? Which sororities do each of them hang out with the most? Which is more likely to move up now that SAE is suspended?Etc. Good answers are much appreciated.

Both will move up. SAE pretty much took KA's place when KA got kicked off. I'd guess KA and kappa sig will each split the guy's who used to go SAE, and maybe some will go sig ep although they get a different kind of guy. Fiji will get everyone they want. Kappa sig and KA will get the left overs. As of now they're even in most aspects. Kappa sig does have a new house.

I would say that KS has the upper edge since they have a brand new house, but they have the same level of social, etc. both mix with the same sororities (aphi, chi o, axo, zta, tri delt).
sae (now tx rho) is still around and they should still be able to recruit a decent amount of guys since they still have the house and alums. i would say that most rho rushees will sign sigep and the leftover guys who would normally go sigep will go with ka and kappa sig.

I don't think you know what the word objective means. There are plenty of people who like KA more as fraternity preference is an opinion. Subjective=opinion, objective=fact. Kappa sig does objectively has a bigger house.

KA loves talking about themselves on here, "we will probably get half of the old SAE rushees" hahahahahhahaaa, that network of guys who would go SAE isn't just going to all decide to join KA, when the house is now filled with the same kind of guys as in sigma chi and delt

Most guys that would have gone SAE will go Fiji or sig ep and KA and Ks will split the rest. You can say kappa sig is objectively better but they both take very different kinds of people.

It is not a smart move to sign Texas rho. There is no chance they will reaffilate with SAE down the line if the try to pull what KA did. SAE is dead. Omicron was an embarrassment for KA nationals and UT ifc, it is not going to repeat it self. Best case scenario they have a fledgling mid tier chapter in 10 years like phi Delt which used to be top house here before they were kicked off.
