ka vs. ks vs. sigma chi vs. delt

I know very little about these bottom top tier/ top middle tier frats.
How do they compare?

All have predominately chill guys that throw big parties and pull lots of girls. Kappa Sig has by far the nicest house and will probably move up soon to Sig Ep/ZBT level because of that. Sigma Chi pulls the hardest, probably because their house is right next to Tri Delt and Zeta. There's rumors that they'll be getting a new house soon so they have potential to move up as well. Delt and KA are relatively stagnant where they are. Heard Delt did just purchase the old Pi Kapp house so that may move them up a little but not as much as KSig and Machi. I'd classify all as top tier still. They're a lot closer to Sig Ep/ZBT than Pike/ATO/Sammy/Phi Psi

Real suspect to be talking about sigma chi getting a "new house soon" as a chance to move up. Everyone currently attending UT will be gone by the time that happens, if it does happen. Sigma chi is the least liked fraternity on campus by other guys and it is overstated how hard they pull. I'm going to guess you are a sigma chi trying to make yourself feel better. Also Delt buying Pi Kapp is untrue.
