Top tier fraternity...for Harvard standards. Would be outside the top 3 at BC/BU etc. Lots of fun--definitely pack their parties with tons of girls from other schools though and the ratio is almost always off (think 3, 4 to 1 girls to guys always. Hard to tell if deliberate because they are a small fraternity.

Theta is by far the best, which is why they get so much hate from the other sororities (especially Kappa). Thetas are always where the party is at, and they're known for being beautiful, fun, if not a bit crazy, but in a good way!
