Am I being lied to?

I’m a pledge in Pike right now, and I heard that they won’t be in the same house next year, so I asked and was told that’s not true and they are staying at 221 Langdon. But all my friends seem pretty confident and keep telling me that Pike is losing their house next year. So who’s lying to me?
