Top 5 are not changing anyone who says otherwise has an agenda. These have been top 5 for years now.
Hi Mid
Delt, Lodge, KSig, AEPi, PhiDelt, TKE
These 6 are good too and honestly you can put them in any order. Delt KS Lodge and AEPi throw hella good events while the others are here purely based off of pull.
Low Mid
Acacia, Sammy, Theta Chi, ZBT, TDX, DCHI
Out these in whatever order, they are low key lame and struggle some with pull but over all are not bad options if you haven't got better bids.
Anyone after this point is not worth it imo.

AEPi definitely is better DU so I agree, Theta Chi however is boring AF and weird. KS is too high they literally just chartered. Even if they are going to end up being good they need more time. Good events already though
