Love all the subtle posts putting AXO in the top tier.

We see you ladies. Oh wait, you’re going to come on and pretend it’s not you doing it. AXO = new Aphi, clawing their way into the top ranks.

Think it’ll be a fairer assessment at the end of the year—recruitment is one thing, engagement and retention a whole other ball game, and if you can sustain the momentum into next year and beyond.
