Chi Phi has a great group of gents in the fraternity, but I have heard rumors all around about them losing their charter and possibly being evicted. Anyone want to explain this?

People need chill with this chi phi thing. Who really cares about something that happened a year ago, get over it. But also they are an unrecognized house and not very big/socially involved. Middle tier house on a good day and just be on your way. No need for hating or praising.

the group of them that i hang out with are such sweet guys, and cute! they're still small, but i think in a couple more years they'll be a really cool house. they need to start having more parties tho cause i always have a good time when i'm over, they play great music and they have DJs like, every other weekend it seems like?!? and they're not creepy when they drink, which is weird for frats.....

These guys are just trying so hard. I'm worried someone will throw out their back :( But honestly, given a few years, these guys will probably be a good house again. Their location and house are all good, just not all their numbers wise/socially yet.

still going strong after losing a charter so the brotherhoods strong, but obviously that hurts their involvement with things like philanthropy and greek week.
