problems with houses

What are the problems with SAE, Phi Psi, Theta Chi, Fiji, Pike, Sig Ep, Chi Phi and Chi Psi Psi? From the vibes I've gotten and what I want in greek, these are the only ones that are worth rushing. Give it to me straight, no bs and don't leave any out.

SAE-haze super hard
Phi psi- douchey, care only about individual selves
Theta Chi- haze hard, some creeps
Fiji- too nice
Pike- douchey and only care about parties
Sig Ep- no hazing, weird pledgeship
Chi Phi- short guys, some not cool
Chi Psi- try hards
