why is gphi a bottom?

i keep seeing gphi and agd put in the same bracket but to me there seems to be a big jump. The agd girls i met were nice but rlly rlly weird. Gphi didn't feel similar to that at all for me. I went to KD, Pi Phi, Sdt, and Zeta and they all read the same to me. Same vibe and look. Can someone help me understand? im genuinely curious.
