Lower Mouse/Upper Bouse: Snu(winterfest goats)/xi/du/sigchi

Honorable mention: Adelt (the goats, 100% rush them)

Aepi has a big hazing scandal and you think they stay on top? Phidelt also scandals and strange. There is no world where Sammy (also scandal laden), pike and echo are above a frat like Fiji.
