The fall of Pi Beta Phi at the University of Michigan

Once upon a time, there was a mid-tier sorority in the 2010s, and for all of the foreseeable past. It was the epitome of a basic sorority, with a cute little house just a bit off frat row, nestled on Tappan. The girls there took pride in what they stood for, and their name.
With the arrival of KD and GPhi, pi phi began to take a hit. They started to lose their good mixers with Pi Kapp, Chi Phi, and DSig.
Then 2022 hit. They had then lost everything. Frats cancelled mixers on them last minute, and even AGD, the historical bottom, stepped in front of Pi Phi.
And now, Pi Phi doesn't know what to do. They are now a bottom 3 sorority, and they all lived happily ever after.
