New Frats at UM

How does one see what frats are coming back in the next year or so. Heard Ksig might be coming back but just wanted to know for sure

Kappa Sigma (has a house on hill street, kind of near the pit)
Chi Psi (has a house on state street, next to beta and TDX)
Sigma Phi Epsilon (has no house, but is coming back. Used to live in the KD house)

Kappa sigma’s house is small, yellow, and kind of on top of a hill across from the Chabad house. Chi Psi’s house is actually quite pretty, and is the brick one with the arched windows to the left of beta, and the right of tdx if you look from state street.
