what happened to beta and chi psi

I visited campus and my mom pointed at their houses saying that those were the best fraternities to party at when she was here, but I came to this website and I don't really see good stuff about them...?

That was in the past (and we don't live in the past) and this is the present (we live in the now) so those fraternities are no longer the top houses. Move on.
