Would make sense, since a new sorority can only come every 4 years (kd in 2018, Gphi in 2014, AEPhi + zeta in 2010)

I wouldn’t be surprised if theta came back though, since they actually have a house. Phi Mu would probably have to live in an old frat house. If sigma chi gets kicked off then they could probably have their house.

Theta should be given the opportunity to re-start since they do own their house and have a large alumnae support. Phi Mu is new to Michigan and don't even own a house and no alumnae ties to the school.

If any new sorority is to given the chance to come to Michigan it should be Theta. They have a very long history tied to the university, a strong Alumnae network and do own a house. Any brand new sorority never at the university will struggle without a house and without a pool of dedicated Alumnae to support a new chapter.

When theta was kicked off the word was that they had the next slated opportunity to come back after AOII and KD. FSL probably won't vote to bring another chapter on until Zeta starts recruiting again and is at least relatively stable though tbh. So that's at least 2023 for Zeta, minimum 2024 for the earliest Theta return if not a few more years after that. Michigan waited like 3 years between GPhi AOII and KD so Phi Mu or any non-Theta chapter wouldn't charter for at LEAST until 2027, likely not until after 2028. I could be wrong tho if Theta doesn't want to come back.
