winter rush for sophomores

I only like 1 of the houses i got back and don’t wait to suicide it come pref time. Im thinking about just dropping and rerushing in the fall as a soph. But then I heard that not all sororities even take new pledges in the fall like kappa and some Didnt even take a single pledge. What makes that different from COB then? Is it supposedly harder to rush in the fall, or easier with a smaller pool of people?

Just suicide it, don’t accept a bid from a house you aren’t sure about, a lot of sororities do open bidding later in the semester but you aren’t eligible if you accepted a bid then dropped it during primary recruitment
