why is phi psi above aepi?

I seriously think this ranking is dated. AEPi should be above Phi Psi probably and they should DEFINITELY be above OX. Why are Phi Psi and OX considered too?

I'm genuinely asking. I never hear about Phi Psi and they mix with the same stats as AEPi, but I wouldn't say they go as hard or have the quality of guys. Same with OX

Any answers would be greatly appreciated

phi psi is comically overated on this site. They have no where to party or tailgate.
