theta xi vs chi phi vs asig vs sig ep

asig: mixes with axo, sk, chio. kinda goobers, kinda cool. think that they are a lot cooler than they are and have a lot of douche bags, wannabe pikes. but they also have some nice guys. girls are friends with them, but its often not their first choice for mixers/late nights. they can't have mixers at their chapter house so they have them at a senior house. those can be pretty fun but they get really crowded and hot really fast (not cause there are a ton of people there, but cause its pretty small). they have a spot in the pit this year, but it sounds like they will stay at their 1012 tailgate spot with chio. 1012 for tailgates/darties is actually really fun.

chi phi: mixes with adpi, zta, dg. these are the kids who decided they were gonna be frat stars in 8th grade. they do everything they think they should do to be cool, but just kinda fall short. they are really into late nights, which can be fun, but are usually a bunch of dudes. their house is good for parties, but they kinda lack in the good parties. but the girls that like chi phi are like really into chi phi. guys are pretty nice but they also think they are a lot cooler than they are. they have a pretty good tailgate spot, but bad location

theta xi: mixes with dg, zta, adpi. these are kinda like all around nice guys. not much to say other than that, they are kinda boring. really got screwed over by the chi psi nationals, but didnt seem to really matter cause they were able to work out the theta xi merger pretty well. their parties are pretty fun and their tailgates are kinda low key. these are the guys who people from hs see them and are like "oh I didnt think they would've joined a frat." lot of Bloomfield guys and have that preppy, country club vibes.

sig ep: mixes with adpi, dg. these are nice guys, but for some reason, people are really hard on them. they really get a lot of hate, but they dont deserve most of it. their parties are pretty fun and their basement is a good space for parties. these guys also try really hard to be fratty but unlike chi phi, they seem to do it as a joke. a lot of girls are friends with guys in sig ep, but choose to go elsewhere for parties. they definitely have some random guys, but overall they are nice enough. they really get screwed by not having a pregame partner for the second year, but their tailgates are filled with geeds anyways. really good tailgate spot tho, right across from the pit. they also have a house in the pit this year. they say they aren't tailgating in the pit, but are kinda social climbers, so dont be surprised if you see them in the pit.
