Delta Chi up - brand new house / huge basement
Chi Phi up - big house with multiple party spaces and pretty nice inside
Sig Ep down a little - just weird throwing down in a church
Pike down - have the sickest party room on campus but the rest of their house is disgusting
Theta Xi should be higher than Theta Chi

Sig chi's house is GORGEOUS, definitely better than most. Almost too big though but soooo pretty

That's NOT Pikes house. It is owned by Sigma Nu and once we get it back, we will do a massive cleanup job.

FIJI - giant house with great (dorm?) rooms and large party space
PSI U - english mansion with giant fenced backyard very nice location
PIKE - massive party room, right by FIJI - squalor living conditions
DKE - beautiful house, large party space with decent location
PHI DELT - massive house with a great location, good party spaces
SAE - frat castle\n\n\n\n\n...Delta Chi looks like a gingerbread house
