honestly, do you still remain close to msu friends

Literally half of my class is heading to State this fall. I have zero urge to ever party in EL. Do you hang with your State friends much? Do they try to mooch and come party here after you don't talk to them in forever? Or do you just make friends here and the State kids sort of fade away and you only bump into them during winter break?
