they're doing as well as they can for an off campus frat. good sororities do still mix with them and they still got a full fall PC this past year. since their house is owned by DKE nationals, unless nationals stop supporting them/take away their house i don't think they're going anywhere.

they do very well, mix with kappa, tri delt, phi
throws a lot of late nights with theta chi, same as fiji/pike imo

cant have mixers with sorotities and get their few parties shut down in 5 minutes because they are off campus
