In my (biased) opinion chi phi is underrated. Could definitely hang with the top tiers. Parties are always crazy and a lot of fun, cool guys, and it seems like they genuinely have good brotherhood. Have been making steady progress up the last few years from what I've seen. Maybe a llittle too late night heavy but that's their thing and they do it very well.
Asig also needs to get more credit than they do. Great parties, brotherhood and just all around good guys. They would definitely be the first to move up if a top house was in trouble.

"top tier" rn is phi psi, theta chi, aepi. if someone were to move up, it would be pike or fiji and asig would take the place of whichever.
for sororitys it's same thing, kkg ddd and aphi are top. skrappa or axo would move up and hard to say but probably adpi or chio would take their place

chi phi literally has some of the weirdest guys in the middle tier by far..they bid anyone that looks halfway normal. No top tier frat can/will give out 30 bids in the winter
