used to be pretty good. now are just meh. thats the truth

love chi psi. in terms of each category... hotness: theres a lot of variety. some really cute guys and some just average, but all outgoing and genuine. popularity: really good spot on state street and their parties can get really big. well-known. involvement: don't really know to be honest. classiness: 5/5. these guys are all nice people who can hold a conversation. boyfriend material if you want more than a hookup. a lot of my friends took chi psi guys to our formal and they were all really great and friendly. social: again 5/5. i personally prefer their smaller parties upstairs to their ragers downstairs just because at the ragers there are typically some random guys who show up but overall you can't go wrong at chi psi.

Their 2011 PC did a lot to raise sig ep's rank. really nice and down to earth guys. lots of hotties. with such a good location on state and hill you'd think their ragers would attract more people and i'm sure in the coming year we'll be seeing bigger and better open parties from sig ep.

love phi delt! YES they are a dry frat which means no registered parties in their house, but they find ways around it. they have sick pre games at their house, which have to be small by regulation, but they're really fun and intimate. good alcohol. parties at 925 state house are sick, st pattys was good and their parties at night are also really fun and not in some creepy basement like most other frats. nice guys but as always, some creeps find their way in.

love this house. mixed with them a few times last year and hope to become closer to them next year. my friends in it are all really hot and also fun to talk to. to be fair most of the guys are in state but so what, they're chill and nice guys. VERY involved on campus. fun parties but not exactly ragers... more the kind of party where you go upstairs and chill with a small group in someones room. the brothers are all so close and it really shows. overall a solid frat with great guys.

i don't know if this is due to the brothers or due to their location but shady has good darties. don't love going there at night but on big day events like football pre games, st pattys, and just nice days in general when everyones outside, its fun to hang out on the volleyball court, ledge, or the roof. but to be fair, lots of randoms show up and its hard to tell who's actually in the frat and who isn't.
