I heard they took in a big pledge class and have a decent number of members but I swear i know like 5 of them and they're all pretty weird.

I could see them being the top frat on campus next semester. The others have been taking quantity over quality and have brought in a lot of weird guys while Phi Kap has been quietly building a really genuine group of guys. By far my favorite frat on campus to have socials with.

Phi Kap is just a bunch of wannabe hipsters. They try way too hard to be hipsters so it comes across as weird. Despite that, they own it. So that makes them less bad in my eyes

SAE is made up of weird kids who were never considered for other fraternity's and their friends. Most of the founders were rejected by other organizations. Sounds like a bunch of winners, right?

Honestly feel like they don't get enough credit. Fun to party with but are involved throughout campus. Great group of girls.
