These girls actually did awesome at recruitment. They were just so chill and SO genuinely friendly and fun. Many girls preferred XO, DG or AXO over them but a lot of girls also had phi sig in their top because they were one of the "top" sororities without all the drama and bad connotation. A lot of girls also took for granted that they would get phi sig because they're the bottom out of the top 4 and were upset when they weren't called back. Great girls.

These girls did pretty well at recruitment. Definitely fun, nice to talk to and genuine. They were passed upon because everyone wanted the top 4 but phi mu came as close as you can to being in the top without actually being it. New pledge class is decent considering they're not that popular.

Obvi they're not top tier and a lot of people tried to drop them early because of that but that doesn't mean theyre not a great organization. You could tell their sisterhood is legitimate and they were very friendly, sociable and fun during recruitment. Not too popular and not that great of a social life but still a great group of girls

absolutely plummeted during recruitment this year. if there was any doubt about where their standing is, this solidified it. a strong middle-tier player.

Average girls in Phi Sig, I'm a senior and they havent changed in the past 4 years. They stay in the middle tier. Theyre known for chugging beers, which isn't that impressive. Kinda bro-ish but chill girls.

AXO is a joke. Everyone knows why they're considered achiBLOW. They're denying it to the new members... HA. Should be interesting to see how many drop. Also came across as so fake during recruitment. Dropped em on the first day<3

Ok, everyone knows they aren't popular or "top tier" and that's the reason they don't do well at the end of recruitment. But other than that, this organization is really great. They were so sweet and friendly, and their sisterhood seemed so genuine. A lot of PNMs during recruitment were annoyed that they had to go to sdt and that's why they're leaving negative comments but I didn't think they were boring or awkward at all.
