i really don't think they're that bad. not anywhere near pike or dchi but for an AU frat i think they're solid. unfortunately they can't seem to escape the wonky stereotype that they have, so it'll be a while before their campus perception changes

once the current seniors are gone this frat is slipping hard. they haven't been recruiting well, the last two pledge classes are mediocre at best. idk what happened..

Middle tier. Pretty weak pledge classes but this year they picked up a solid group. Best houses to party at too.
