Beta is not the best tbh, I think they have difficulty recruiting normal guys, but things can change and maybe in 5 years Beta will be top.

Honestly, PIKE gets a bad rep. I've heard they had their issues in the past, but I think they are working hard to be safer and improve brotherhood. I would say of the top 5, in no particular order being PSK, SAE, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, and PIKE; pike is definitely bottom (still better than beta, AEpie ZBT). Either way I think they are improving and should work hard to try and recruit.

Honest review: Don't use this website to air out your dirty laundry. SDT has some of the sweetest girls I've ever met and some of my closest friends are this sorority. Of course there are probably a few people that I wouldn't be friends with, but I'd say that goes for every organization, greek life or not, and it is unfair (and a little pathetic) to post an anonymous review here instead of growing up and handling your business in person. If you don't get along with one person, don't take it out on the whole chapter. Grow up.

It has been hard to watch these girls try so hard to social climb. Talking about your sisters at the club and blacking out are not a good look.

One of the top houses on campus. Very involved in philanthropy and have lots of events during the semester. Attracts lots of the sororities and they almost always have a table on the weekends. Didn’t throw much last semester but I think they got a new house?

sdt is definitely a mixed bag. they have some really sweet girls but some reallyyy mean gossipy girls too

SAMMY is a very solid frat here at AU, They have more of a grunge and alt style but its all good guys who throw very solid parties.
